About the Role

We're hiring a Landscaping Lead to take point on the heavy, hands-on work that goes beyond mowing. This is the right role for someone who can run equipment, lead a crew, and take pride in shaping outdoor spaces, from grading and sod to planting commercial trees.

You'll lead day-to-day site work on residential and commercial installs, and run snow removal operations through the winter months.

What You'll Do

• Lead on-site execution for landscape installs, owning quality and efficiency from start to finish
• Operate heavy equipment including skid steers for grading, material handling, and site prep
• Install sod with proper grading, soil contact, and irrigation setup
• Plant commercial trees, shrubs, perennials, and seasonal color with attention to spacing and plant health
• Build and maintain flower beds, including edging, soil prep, and mulching
• Run snow and ice removal operations during winter
• Support basic irrigation installs and adjustments
• Coordinate materials and keep the team updated on progress

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in landscape installs, grading, planting, and sod work
• Hands-on experience operating skid steers and other heavy equipment
• Comfort leading a crew or working independently on-site
