Compensation is based on experience level but no less than $15.00 /hour

Responsibilities

• For entry level employees, a training period will be necessary to learn how to safely operate and maintain the equipment.
• Lead and supervise a crew in performing comprehensive landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, and debris removal.
• Execute specialized landscaping tasks such as maintaining mulch/rock beds, mulching, and trimming hedges to customers liking.
• Maintain equipment and tools through regular inspection and preventive maintenance to ensure safety and operational readiness.
• For entry level employees, a training period will be necessary to learn how to safely operate and maintain the equipment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of landscaping tools, equipment operation, and maintenance practices.
