Lawn Care Worker

Job Summary

I am seeking a dedicated Lawn Care Crew Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a weekly mowing schedule, running a crew, mowing grass using commercial exmark riders and walk behind machines, whipping, blowing, as well as using an edger. I do require that you have a legal Driver's license because there will be times the truck needs to be moved by anyone on the crew.

Duties

- Perform groundskeeping duties such as mowing, edging, weed whipping, blowing. - Report any machine issues for maintenance - Be to work on time (9am start time mon-fri, saturday if there is delays due to weather)

Skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently - Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
