Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a professional lawn maintenance crew
• Safely drive and operate a company enclosed landscape box truck
• Operate commercial zero-turn mowers, trimmers, edgers, backpack blowers, and other lawn care equipment
• Deliver consistent, high-quality results on every property
• Train and mentor crew members while promoting a positive team culture
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Keep the truck, equipment, and tools clean, organized, and accounted for
• Communicate professionally with customers and management
• Maintain a safe, productive, and efficient work environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional lawn care or landscape maintenance experience
• Previous crew leader or foreman experience preferred
• Valid Michigan driver's license with a clean driving record
• Michigan Chauffeur License, or the ability to obtain one shortly after hire
• Ability to pass a DOT physical
• Comfortable driving and operating an enclosed landscape box truck
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-minded
