Job description

AmeriLawn is hiring for full time Lawn Care Technician's.

We are looking for an experienced lawn care technician to join our lawn crew!

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be comfortable operating machinery
• Able to work outdoors in hot weather conditions
• Must be comfortable and proficient in operating truck and a trailer
• Must possess good written and verbal communication skills
• Must have good time management skills
• Must be able to pass a State / Federal Background Check
• Must have the ability to operate machinery
• Ability to meet daily production and performance goals
• Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Perform shop work and equipment maintenance as assigned
• Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently from start to finish with minimal supervision
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Develop and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers and team members
• Identify opportunities to promote and recommend additional company services when appropriate
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately, thoroughly, and on time
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and materials are properly maintained and stored
• Support daily operations and assist with additional duties as needed

Schedule

• 8 hour shifts
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
