Lawn Care Production Crew Member

Mitchell Lawn & Landscape LLC is a fast growing, faith-based lawn care company serving Willard & Springfield Missouri. We have 61 recurring customers, $15K in recurring revenue & are growing rapidly - doubling our monthly revenue in the past couple of months. We are building toward dominating the Springfield market & we're looking for one person to grow with us.

This is a production mowing role. You will mow/ trim/edge & blow. That's the job. We run tight routes; we do excellent work & we move fast. If you take pride in a clean cut & showing up when you say you will, you will fit right in

What we offer: $18-$22 per hour based on experience, plus 33 % of gross crew revenue goes directly to crew members, plus 10% quarterly profit sharing goes to all team members who show up on time. This is not a dead-end job - the right person has a clear path to crew lead and beyond.

What we need: experience operating zero-turn mowers, a valid driver's license, ability to work every Monday through Thursday in outdoor conditions, & someone who genuinely cares about doing quality work
