-Base Rate

$16.00 / hour.

-Production Profit Sharing: Earn a cut of every crew-hour dollar produced above our efficiency threshold – speed + quality = higher pay!

-Total Pay Potential: $18.50 – $24.00+ / hour

(Base hourly rate + Production Profit Sharing).

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

-Support the Crew

Work alongside your Crew Lead to execute commercial and residential routes at a high-performance pace.

-Drive Efficiency

Use the Aspire Mobile App to track your progress and help your crew stay under estimated hours to maximize your weekly bonus.

-Maintain Quality

Perform mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing to our high standards; callbacks or damage will disqualify the crew bonus for that site.

-Equipment Care

Safely operate and perform daily maintenance on commercial zero-turn mowers, trimmers, and blowers.

-Team Mindset

Follow directions from the Crew Lead and participate in safety meetings and training programs.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

-Prior professional lawn care or landscaping experience preferred but not required.

-Efficiency-Minded

Someone who understands that "speed + quality = higher pay" and hates wasting time.

-Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions.

-Valid driver’s license is preferred.

-Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive "team-first" attitude.
