What You’ll Do

• Apply lawn treatments including fertilization, weed control, and pest management using environmentally responsible products
• Perform core aeration, seeding, and turf care services
• Diagnose lawn conditions and recommend additional services to customers
• Safely operate lawn care equipment and service vehicles
• Complete daily service routes and maintain accurate records
• Provide exceptional customer service as a front-line brand representative

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable working independently and managing a route
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the day
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate lawn care equipment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
