Lawn Care Technician / Lawn Mowing Crew Member

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lawn Care Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering professional lawn care services and maintaining high-quality standards for residential and commercial properties. This position primarily involves mowing and maintaining lawns, with occasional landscaping projects and property enhancement work.

Key Responsibilities

• Mow, trim, and edge lawns to company quality standards.
• Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance of customer properties.
• Pay close attention to detail to ensure a high-quality finished product.
• Remove grass clippings, debris, and leaves from work areas.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Assist with landscaping projects as needed, including:
• Mulch installation
• Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
• Bed maintenance and cleanup
• Sod installation
• General landscape improvements
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license Required!
• Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
