Minimum 25 Hours per Week (Approximately 5 Hours per Day)

Typically Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Overview

Join M.A.B. Landscaping & Property Maintenance as an Entry-Level Lawn Care Technician. This position provides an opportunity to learn lawn care, landscaping, and property maintenance while working outdoors as part of a professional crew.

No prior experience is required. We provide on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement for dependable individuals who are willing to learn and grow with the company.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Mow lawns according to company standards.
• Perform weed eating and trimming services.
• Edge sidewalks, driveways, and landscape beds.
• Blow off grass clippings and debris.
• Remove weeds and unwanted vegetation.
• Assist with landscape maintenance projects.
• Load and unload equipment, materials, and tools.
• Clean and maintain company equipment.
• Assist with property cleanups.
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a team.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE

• Mulch installation
• Plant and shrub installation
• Sod installation
• Irrigation projects
• Pressure washing
• Property maintenance projects
• Truck and trailer cleaning
• Shop and equipment organization
• Other duties as assigned
