Lawn Doctor of Greenville is hiring a dependable Lawn Care Technician & Field Sales Representative. This is a technician-first role focused on delivering high-quality lawn care services, with additional responsibility for identifying upsell opportunities, generating leads, and supporting business growth.

What You’ll Do

Perform scheduled lawn care services along assigned routes

* Evaluate lawns and recommend appropriate services * Log work and observations using an iPad-based system * Request customer reviews when service expectations are exceeded * Generate leads through door hangers and neighborhood outreach * Earn commission on new customers and service upgrades you generate *

What We’re Looking For

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

* Comfortable working outdoors independently * Strong communication and customer service skills * Sales or customer-facing experience a plus *

Pay

Hourly pay for hours worked

* Commission opportunities for new sales, upgrades, and converted leads *
