Join our landscape maintenance team to keep residential and commercial properties healthy and attractive! Enjoy weekly pay, outdoor work, and operating a variety of equipment. Use your driving and landscaping skills to deliver timely service across multiple sites.

Must have a valid driver's license in good standing, at least 21 years of age, with at least three years of driving experience.

Candidates with Crew Leader experience will be eligible for higher starting pay!

Duties

• Safely drive trucks and transport tools, materials, and crew.
• Perform mowing, edging, pruning, and light planting installs.
• Use hand and power tools for lawn care and gardening.
• Inspect and maintain equipment; handle basic troubleshooting.
• Crew Leader candidates will lead 3-4 person crews to stay on schedule and maintain high standards

Desired Skills

• Experience in lawn care, gardening, and general landscape maintenance.
• Knowledge of shrub and tree care practices.
• Proficient with mowers, hand and power tools.
• Strong driving record with experience driving trucks/trailers.
• Able to work safely in all weather conditions.
• Clear communicator with teammates and clients.

Starting pay is based on experience!

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
