Responsibilities

• Apply lawn care treatments including fertilization, weed control, grub preventative, fungicides and insect control
• Diagnose lawn issues related to weeds, pests, insects, and turf disease
• Operate lawn care equipment and maintain tools safely and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate treatment recommendations
• Complete service documentation accurately and professionally
• Follow all safety guidelines and Maryland pesticide application regulations
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional lawn care, landscaping, or turf management experience required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of lawn fertilization, weed control, and turf maintenance practices
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
