You must possess at least three (3) or more years of related experience in lawn care services/ lawn care treatments to be considered for this position.

As the trusted expert in lawn treatment, you’ll lead daily operations, mentor and support technicians, and play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction. Your leadership will help create stunning outdoor spaces while fostering a strong culture of teamwork and service excellence.

Position Highlights

As our Lawn Care Service Manager, you’ll oversee a team of lawn care technicians, ensuring the highest quality delivery of services such as fertilization, weed control, tree and shrub care, aeration, and fungicide applications.

You’ll:

Coach and train lawn specialists to perform treatments with precision and safety Ensure services meet or exceed client expectations Conduct interviews, select top talent, and create a positive work environment Maintain high standards in efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction Oversee treatment equipment use, maintenance, and repair Requirements: High School Graduate Must have three (3) or more years of related experience in lawn care services/ lawn care treatments such as lawn fertilization, tree and shrub care, aeration, weed control treatments, fungicide treatments. 3+ years of supervisory management experience in lawn care treatments is required Certificates licenses and registrations as required by federal and state law Valid permanent driver's license fro...
