Responsibilities

• Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently to maintain high-quality grounds.
• Mow lawns to specified heights, ensuring even cuts and a polished appearance.
• Trim shrubs, hedges, trees, and flower beds to maintain aesthetic appeal and health.
• Edge walkways, driveways, flower beds, and other landscape features for a clean finish.
• Assist with planting flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery according to project plans or client requests.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping projects on time while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is highly valued.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers confidently.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail with a focus on safety procedures during equipment use and landscape maintenance.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
