Walker Lawn Care is a small, family-owned lawn care company based in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. We are hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Lawn Care Fertilizer and Weed Control Technician to join our team.

Applicants must already hold a Wisconsin Pesticide Applicator License — Category 3.0 Turf and Landscape. Please only apply if you currently have this license.

This is a full-time seasonal position during the growing season, with winter employment options available. Starting pay is $26 per hour.

Job Responsibilities

• Apply lawn fertilizer and weed control treatments
• Perform aeration and overseeding services
• Drive a box truck on a daily lawn care route
• Occasionally perform other lawn care tasks
• Maintain fertilizer, weed control, aeration, and seeding equipment
• Communicate professionally with customers when needed
• Complete work accurately, safely, and efficiently

Required Qualifications

• Current Wisconsin Pesticide Applicator License — Category 3.0 Turf and Landscape
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable, professional, and self-motivated
