Position Overview

Mirror Maintenance is seeking a dependable and motivated Lawn Care Crew Supervisor to lead our landscaping and grounds maintenance team. This position is responsible for supervising daily crew operations, ensuring quality service delivery, maintaining accurate service records, and communicating with management through our company management app.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage crews, operate company vehicles safely, and ensure all assigned properties are serviced according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct lawn care crews during daily operations.
• Ensure all scheduled properties are serviced completely and professionally.
• Verify that work meets company quality standards before leaving each site.
• Drive company vehicles and transport crew members, equipment, and materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of completed services and property visits.
• Use the company management app to:
• Track completed work
• Upload service photos
• Document issues or property concerns
• Update service notes and job statuses
• Train and mentor crew members on proper procedures and safety practices.
• Monitor crew productivity and address performance issues when necessary.
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and stored.
• Communicate with management regarding scheduling, property conditions, customer concerns, and operational needs.
• Enforce company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance experience required.
• Prior crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate lawn maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and mobile applications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
