Grounds and Landscaping

Job Requirements

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for commercial driving purposes

· Ability to interact professionally with residents, vendors, and team members

· Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions

· Minimum 2 years of experience in outdoor landscaping/grounds maintenance is preferred

· Must be able to work in any weather condition

Job Responsibilities

· Maintain a high level of property appearance, safety, and cleanliness across all assigned sites

· Responsible for landscaping, grounds maintenance, and trash pickup

· Operate a mower, weed-eater, and backpack blower

· Perform landscaping duties such as mowing, trimming, pruning, mulching, and seasonal clean-up

· Assist with preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems

· Maintain inventory of grounds equipment, tools, and supplies; report needs or replacements

· Work will be performed at multiple properties throughout the region

Hours required for position are Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm.
