Summit Outdoor is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as a Lawn Care Crew Member. This position focuses primarily on mowing with additional landscaping responsibilities as needed. Our mission is to *redefine customer service in the green industry by delivering premium lawn and landscape services with proactive communication and flawless follow-through. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods

Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
• Mow lawns using riding and push mowers, ensuring clean, even cuts and healthy turf appearance
• Perform trimming, edging, and general lawn maintenance tasks
• Assist with landscaping and property upkeep as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete jobs efficiently and to company standards

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
