Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping activities including landscape maintenance, lawn care, tree care, irrigation, gardening, and construction projects.
• Lead a team of crew members, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of work.
• Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
• Maintain equipment and tools related to landscape maintenance and construction.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site to promote a safe working environment for all team members.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide professional recommendations.
• Assist in preparing work schedules.
• Support the development of new business opportunities through excellent service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, horticulture, or related fields.
• Supervising or leadership experience in outdoor or construction environments.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care, gardening techniques, and general maintenance practices.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
