Lawn Care Crew Member

We are a locally owned lawn care and landscaping company serving Northwest Florida, and we’re looking for reliable, hardworking team members to join our growing crew. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and can thrive in Florida’s climate.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing lawns
• Operating and maintaining lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Loading and unloading equipment and materials
• Following safety procedures and job instructions
• Providing professional, respectful service to customers
• Working efficiently as part of a team to complete daily routes

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in heat, humidity, and varying weather conditions
• Physical ability to lift 40–50 lbs and perform manual labor
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Ability to follow directions and work independently when needed
• Prior lawn care or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required — willing to train the right person

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

• Experience with commercial lawn equipment
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of basic landscaping
