Experienced Lawn Care Technician (Seasonal PT / Full-Time), looking for upward growth

Masters Touch Lawn Care is hiring Lawn Care Technicians to join our growing team for the upcoming season. We are a locally owned company focused on consistent service, clear expectations, and treating employees with respect.

Pay (Skill-Based Pay Bands)

Pay is based on demonstrated skills and performance — not tenure alone.

• Technician I (Entry Level): $16.00 – $17.50/hr
• Technician II (Skilled): $18.00 – $19.50/hr
• Senior Technician: $20.00 – $24.50+/hr

Advancement is tied to mastered skills, quality of work, and reliability.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging
• Work as part of a 2-person crew with clearly defined roles
• Maintain equipment and jobsite quality standards
• Communicate effectively with crew lead and office staff
• Represent the company professionally with customers

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat and varying weather conditions
• Willingness to learn and follow established processes
• Lawn care or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level roles
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Reliable transportation required

Schedule & Employment Details

• Seasonal position (March–November)
• Consistent weekday scheduling (weather-permitting)
• Guaranteed minimum hours when available to work and weather interrupts schedules. Best in class, we guarantee 20 Hrs. per week.
• Overtime paid after 40 hours with approval
