Lawn Care Crew Member

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. You will largely be using a string trimmer/weed eater to trim and edge properties while another crew member mows. Occasional landscaping work, such as laying mulch and flowerbed weeding. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, ability to learn, and a passion for outdoor work. As a Lawn Care Crew Member, you will help maintain residential and commercial properties. 40+ hours per week with opportunity for weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including edging and trimming lawns.
• Engage in gardening activities such as planting, weeding, and mulching.
• Using a backpack blower to blow off any grass clippings
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all job sites.

Skills

• Ability to work in outdoor heat
• Experience in landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
• Ability to perform gardening tasks effectively including planting and weeding.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members.

Active drivers license and reliable transportation to morning meet point is required. Will be dropped off at your vehicle at end of day. Wage range based on experience and skill with using a string trimmer. Daily or weekly pay available; cash or direct deposit. Initial 30 day probationary period, with hourly raise if it's a good fit. Plenty of room to grow!
