Responsibilities

• Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers to maintain lawns and gardens efficiently.
• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, edging, and mulching to enhance curb appeal.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like digging, edging, and installing landscape features.
• Support irrigation system installation and repairs to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
• Perform snow plowing during winter months to keep driveways and walkways clear and safe.
• Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, or removal with proper techniques and safety precautions.
• Maintain hardscape features like patios or walkways by cleaning or minor repairs as needed.

Experience

• Prior experience with lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with power tools and hand tools is a plus.
• Basic understanding of horticulture, garden care, or landscape design is beneficial.
• Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or other construction machinery is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills in gardening, tree care, irrigation systems, and snow removal.
