Duties

• Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools to maintain lawns and gardens efficiently.
• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning, edging, and mulching to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal.
• Perform tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, or planting to promote safety and beauty in landscapes.
• Maintain equipment and tools regularly to ensure safety and operational efficiency while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment.
• Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of landscaping principles, tree care techniques, irrigation systems, and hardscape installation is desirable.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in construction, tree trimming, or snow removal tasks.
