Lawn Care Crew Lead

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and groundskeeping, with a strong understanding of lawn care practices. This role involves maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of various outdoor spaces, ensuring that they are well-groomed and functional. The Lawn Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality landscape maintenance services.

Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns to ensure a neat appearance.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment for digging, planting, and maintaining gardens.
• Conduct snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties.
• Maintain cleanliness of job sites by removing debris and properly storing tools after use.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their landscaping needs and provide recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate hand tools and small machinery safely and effectively.
• Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of gardening practices including planting, pruning, and pest management is beneficial.
• Must be detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
