Lawn Care Crew Lead / Foreman Year Round

Urban Diamond Lawn + Landscaping is a family-owned and operated business in Liberty, MO. We are hiring experienced Crew Leads to run our route crews.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $23.00-26.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, day shift, 40-50 hours per week. Overtime and occasional weekends as needed.

Experience: 2+ years with a professional lawn/landscape company (Required)

License/Certification: Driver's License with clean driving record (Required)

Work Location: In person - Liberty, MO shop, KC Northland routes

Run your own route. Lead a crew. Work year-round.

This is a leadership role for someone who has put in real field hours and is ready for the next step: running a 2-3 person crew, making on-site decisions, and being the face of Urban Diamond on every

property. You won't be micromanaged. You'll be given a route, a crew, and the trust to get it done right. We work year-round - lawn season and snow operations - so this isn't a job that disappears in

November.

What you'll do:

- Lead a 2-3 person crew on daily mowing and maintenance routes

- Operate zero-turn, stand-on, and walk-behind mowers

- Train and mentor crew members on quality standards and efficiency

- Perform light equipment maintenance and pre-trip inspections

- Communicate with dispatch on route progress and customer requests

- Own job site safety and customer satisfaction on every property

What we require

- 2+ years working for a professional lawn/landscape company (not just your own yard)

- Crew lead or foreman experience strongly preferred

- Experience operating zero-turn and stand-on mowers

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Class E license will be required...
