Lawn Care Apprentice

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Lawn Care Apprentice to join our team. This is an entry-level position designed for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and develop skills in the lawn care industry. Over time, this role will come with increased responsibilities, experience, and pay.

Responsibilities

• Assist with lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and general yard maintenance
• Learn to operate and maintain landscaping equipment
• Support senior team members in providing quality service to customers
• Follow company safety guidelines and procedures
• Uphold the values and mission of our faith-based company
• Be open to learning new skills and taking on more responsibility over time

Requirements

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• No prior experience is required—training will be provided
• A positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
• A commitment to personal and professional growth
