This position is responsible for applying fertilizer and weed control applications to residential and commercial properties while delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Apply fertilizer and weed control treatments safely and accurately to residential and commercial properties.
• Diagnose turf issues including weeds, insects, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies.
• Calibrate, operate, and maintain stand-on and ride-on spray equipment.
• Read and follow product labels while complying with all Minnesota Department of Agriculture regulations.
• Keep accurate application records using company software.
• Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance on equipment.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding lawn conditions and treatment recommendations.
• Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Safely load, transport, and handle fertilizer and pesticide products.
• Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and equipment.
• Assist with snow removal operations during the winter season.
