Dahlin Does It is a veteran-owned and operated property maintenance company providing lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, and general maintenance services to residential, commercial, and property management customers. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our team.

This position includes lawn care and landscaping work during the spring, summer, and fall, snow removal during the winter, and general maintenance projects throughout the year. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in quality work, can work independently or as part of a team, and is comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities include

• Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing off sidewalks, driveways, and parking areas
• Assisting with landscaping projects, including rock, mulch, edging, planting, bed cleanups, and general landscape maintenance
• Snow removal, including shoveling, snow blowing, plowing assistance, and applying salt or sand as needed
• General property maintenance tasks throughout the year
• Loading, unloading, and safely operating tools and equipment
• Maintaining a clean and professional job site
• Communicating professionally with team members and customers
• Following safety procedures and company expectations

Requirements

• Prior lawn care, landscaping, snow removal, or maintenance experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
• Must be dependable, punctual, and willing to work hard
• Must be able to lift, carry, bend, shovel, and perform physical labor
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and snow
