About the Role

Coastal Grounds Care is actively seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join our growing team. We provide professional lawn maintenance and landscaping services for both residential and commercial clients.

Our operations are based in Dickinson, TX.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing of lawns and landscaped areas
• Remove weeds, debris, and trash from job sites
• Prune and maintain shrubs, hedges, and small trees
• Assist with planting, watering, and maintaining flower beds and greenery
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Support general maintenance and cleanup duties
• Follow company safety standards and procedures at all times

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license preferred but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in hot and changing weather conditions
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, standing, and performing manual labor throughout the day
• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Previous landscaping or lawn care experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training
