What You'll Do

• Mow, trim, edge, and maintain residential and commercial properties
• Operate commercial lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment
• Clean up grass clippings and debris, leaving every property looking its best
• Assist with mulching, seasonal cleanups, planting, and other landscape projects
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and report maintenance issues
• Work safely while following company procedures
• Help maintain a positive, productive team environment
• Represent MRL Property Maintenance professionally when interacting with customers

What We're Looking For

Experience is preferred, but it isn't required. If you've operated a commercial mower, maintained your own property, or have any experience working outdoors, we'd love to hear about it. While we're happy to train the right person, we're especially interested in candidates who can step in, contribute quickly, and continue developing their skills with our team.
