Friendship Village is looking for individuals to care for, upkeep and beautify of the grounds around our campus. Job duties include but not limited to lawn care, weeding, planning flowers, shrub and tree trimming/removal/planting, snow remove and other tasks as needed.

General hours are 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday with rotating weekends and on-call hours. Hours vary depending on the season and the weather so it is important that right person be flexible and able to work other hours as needed. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and able to work in all types of weather including extreme heat or cold. Must be able to lift 100 lbs and operate power equipment properly following all safety protocols. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and transportation in order to move from one building to another and perform daily duties. Prior experience preferred but not required.

Benefits available to employees working 25 hours a week or more.
