Starting Pay

$15.00 – $22.00 per hour during onboarding and training. After training, pay transitions to a performance-based structure where higher production, quality, and leadership lead to higher earnings. High-performing team members can earn $25+ per hour.

About the Role

Brokaw Lawn & Landscape is hiring experienced landscape team members with leadership ability who take ownership of quality, production, and professionalism in the field.

This role requires professionalism in how you work, communicate, and follow through. You will work with and alongside other crew members while maintaining respect for coworkers, clients, and property.

Team members who demonstrate strong leadership, reliability, and production may have opportunities to take on greater responsibility in the field over time.

You will be trusted to

• Work effectively as part of a professional crew
• Operate equipment safely and correctly with a focus on safety
• Take ownership by fixing issues without being asked and following through
• Maintain efficiency and productivity by doing the job right the first time
• Communicate clearly and work well with coworkers and leadership

This role is best suited for someone with experience who wants to grow professionally in the landscape industry.

Core Requirements

• 3+ years landscaping or lawn care experience
• Crew leadership experience preferred but not required
• Ability to take ownership and solve problems without constant direction
• Strong attention to detail, including the ability to follow instructions exactly
• Professional communication with clients, coworkers, and ownership
• Commitment to safe work practices
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (mandatory – auto disqualifier)
• Reliable transportation
