Little Rock, AR Dillard's Corporate office is looking for a Landscaping Maintenance Technician to help maintain the grounds of the corporate campus. This is a full time, on-site position located at our Little Rock, Arkansas headquarters. Location: 1600 Cantrell Road Little Rock, AR 72201 Hours: 7:00 AM-5:00PM (Hours may vary) A high level of attendance is required as an essential function of this position.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Mow and edge lawns, using power mowers and edgers * Prune and trim trees, shrubs, and hedges using shears or pruners * Care for established flower beds by fertilizing, laying new mulch, and replanting * Care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing, removing thatch, and trimming and edging around flower beds, walks, and walls. * Gather and remove litter * Mix and spray fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto grass, shrubs, and trees using hand or automatic sprayers or spreaders * Shovel snow from walks, driveways, and parking lots, and spread salt in those areas. REQUIRED SKILLS
