Landscaping Team Leader

Were seeking an experienced Landscaping Team Leader to oversee maintenance crews and ensure properties are serviced efficiently, professionally, and to our quality standards.

### This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys organizing work, supporting their crew, and delivering consistent results for clients.

• $1,500 signing bonus ($500 at 90 days, $1,000 at 180 days)

What Youll Be Doing

• Lead a landscape maintenance team
• Oversee mowing, trimming, pruning, mulching, and clean-ups
• Ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards
• Train and support team members

What Were Looking For

• Prior landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
• Leadership or team lead experience preferred
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Valid Drivers License required
