Landscaping / Painting / Property Maintenance Assistant

We are looking for a hands-on hard worker. This is a dynamic role where you'll contribute daily. If you have maintenance experience, or the drive to learn, we will introduce more advanced skills and projects over time, offering increased wages as your capabilities grow.

Requirements to Start

• A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and car insurance.
• A dependable attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to handle physical tasks and work outdoors in all seasons.
• You're eager to learn and self-motivated.
• Starting wage based on skills and experience.
• Bilingual and Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply.

Work includes

• Indoor and outdoor work, all seasons.
• Hands-on landscaping cleanup and power washing.
• Painting, interior and exterior surface prep and painting.
• Flooring, assisting with installations.
• Renovations, supporting various remodeling projects.
• Assistance with and assignment of maintenance work orders.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
