Landscaping / Maintenance Technician (Driver)

Ground & Maintenance Crew Lead — Summit | Kingsport, TN

Summit is a property services and maintenance company based in the Tri-Cities area. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented crew lead to take ownership of our landscaping operations out of Kingsport.

What you'll do

• Lead a small crew (1–2 people) on residential and commercial landscaping jobs
• Mowing, trimming, edging, cleanups, and general grounds maintenance with walk behind and commercial mowers
• Occasional assistance with property cleanouts and light maintenance/renovation work
• Operate and tow a mowing trailer safely — this is a daily requirement
• Set the standard for quality and show up on time, every time

What we're looking for

• Valid driver's license with a clean record — you'll be pulling a trailer
• At least 2 years of landscaping experience, with some time leading others
• Someone who takes pride in the finished product and doesn't need to be managed
• Reliable, punctual, and professional on job sites
• Able to work outdoors in all conditions

What we offer

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
