Responsibilities

* Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing * Maintain landscape beds through weeding, mulching, and pruning shrubs and hedges * Operate and maintain commercial landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers * Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides as directed * Assist with seasonal landscape enhancements and plant installations * Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and meet quality standards upon completion * Communicate effectively with crew leaders and team members on daily tasks

Requirements

* Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or grounds maintenance preferred * Ability to operate commercial mowers, hand tools, and power equipment * Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform manual labor * Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player * Valid driver's license * Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail * Pesticide applicator license a plus, but not required
