Landscaping Foreman/Team Member

Absolute Outdoor Services is an established yet quickly growing, locally owned, full-service lawn care and landscaping company looking to add new team members for the upcoming season. As our company grows, we are looking to hire hard-working, individuals with experience in softscape and hardscape installation.

Duties

· Complete landscaping tasks including ability to read landscape plans, use elevation laser, build retaining walls, paver patios, water features and general soft-scaping.

· Ability to work flexible hours in a wide variety of weather conditions.

Ability to lead on landscape projects and delegate work flow. Ability to train and teach during construction process.

· Perform additional tasks as needed in all service areas of Absolute Outdoor Services.

· Uphold the values of Absolute Outdoor Services, which include; quality, safety, integrity, leadership, teamwork, innovation, and family.

Requirements

· Valid Driver’s License (Class A CDL preferred but not manadatory)

· Good communication skills

· Ability to operate landscape specific tools and equipment

· Ability to work both independently and within a team setting in a fast paced environment

· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

· Strong organizational, problem solving, and leadership skills

· A willingness to learn and develop new skill sets

· Strong work ethic and punctuality

Experience in landscaping in a must!
