ROLE OVERVIEW

The Operations Supervisor (Second Shift) is responsible for ensuring all jobs, crews, vehicles, equipment, materials, and systems are properly closed out and prepared for the next day.

This role serves as the key link between the Field Supervisors, Crew Leaders, crews, shop operations, and our Aspire software platform. Success in this role requires strong organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, follow-through, and the ability to influence and hold others accountable without direct authority.

While this role will occasionally assist with physical tasks, its primary responsibility is to direct, coordinate, and verify work performed by crews and team members to ensure the shop, fleet, materials, and systems are fully prepared for the next day.

Preferred schedule is a standard 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, with a typical start time between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM and an end time between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM, with some flexibility depending on operational needs,...
