Account Manager – Commercial Landscape Operations

U.S. Lawns of Myrtle Beach is looking for an experienced, hands-on Account Manager to oversee commercial landscape maintenance accounts and help lead the field teams responsible for delivering great service.

This is not a desk job.

You’ll spend your days working with customers, supporting crew leaders, visiting properties, solving problems, managing schedules and resources, and making sure our teams are delivering the quality and professionalism our customers expect.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned commercial customers
• Oversee and support approximately 3–4 landscape maintenance crews
• Visit properties regularly to monitor quality and address service needs
• Respond quickly and professionally to customer questions and concerns
• Coordinate daily schedules, routes, job sequencing, and changing priorities
• Lead morning dispatch and help ensure crews are prepared for the day
• Work closely with crew leaders to improve performance, productivity, and quality
• Manage labor hours, material usage, and job budgets
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of field employees
• Ensure company safety procedures, vehicle inspections, and equipment inspections are followed
• Coordinate communication between customers, field teams, and the office
• Lead successful job startups for new commercial accounts
• Identify opportunities for landscape enhancements and additional services
• Prepare enhancement proposals and help grow existing customer relationships
• Help coordinate materials, equipment, rentals, and other resources needed by field teams
• Step in and help solve problems when the unexpected happens
