Landscaping Crew Member – Residential Maintenance & Yard Cleanup

We are looking for an experienced Crew Member to join our landscape maintenance team. This role is for someone dependable, punctual, and professional who takes pride in their work and can represent the company well with residential clients. We are specifically looking for someone interested in a long-term position, not short-term or seasonal work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and complete residential landscape maintenance services, including:
• Yard cleanups
• Weeding
• Trimming and pruning
• Edging and redefining lawn edges
• Bark dust installation
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail on every property
• Interact professionally and respectfully with clients
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times
• Take responsibility for daily work quality, time management, and job completion
• Keep company trucks, tools, and equipment clean and organized
• Work independently or manage one crew member when assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in residential landscape maintenance
• Strong understanding of quality standards in landscape upkeep
• Dependable and punctual — arriving on time every day is required
• Ability to follow instructions, systems, and company policies consistently
• Valid driver’s license (required)
• Physically able to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Takes ownership of their work and cares about delivering a great result
