Join our team as a Commercial Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead and take charge of maintaining outdoor spaces for our clients. In this energetic role, you will lead a dedicated crew, oversee daily landscaping operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of landscape maintenance technicians to execute routine lawn care, planting, pruning, irrigation management, and seasonal cleanups.
• Oversee daily landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, fertilizing, and pest control to ensure pristine appearance and health of all landscaped areas.
• Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers to ensure proper care and health; diagnose issues related to pests or diseases promptly.
• Supervise crew members’ safety practices, provide training on equipment use and landscape techniques, and promote a safe working environment at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance.
• Supervising experience leading teams in outdoor landscape care, ability to manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of lawn care techniques.
• Ability to motivate team members while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Physical ability to perform outdoor labor including lifting heavy equipment or materials as needed for landscape maintenance tasks.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
