Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a landscaping crew in daily operations, including landscape installations and ongoing maintenance tasks.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and follows established safety protocols.
• Communicate project updates and progress effectively with clients and management.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Train new crew members on proper landscaping techniques and safe equipment usage.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the landscaping industry is required.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Strong knowledge of plant care, turf management, and hardscaping is preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials as needed.
