Role Description

We are seeking a Landscaping Crew Leader to oversee daily field operations and lead a crew in completing landscaping and lawn maintenance work. This role is responsible for supporting team productivity, maintaining job quality, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently.

Pay and Schedule

* $22.00 to $32.00 per hour, based on experience. * Full-time position. * Monday through Friday schedule, with potential adjustments based on weather and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and supervise landscaping crew members. * Complete landscaping and lawn maintenance tasks. * Ensure work is completed in a timely and professional manner. * Assist with mowing and general field duties as needed. * Communicate effectively with team members and management. * Maintain a clean and safe job site. * Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs.

Required Qualifications

* Minimum of 2 years of landscaping experience. * Ability to lead and support a team. * Strong work ethic and reliability. * Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. * Ability to perform physically active work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with both landscaping and mowing operations. * Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
