Position Overview

Countryside is seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Maintenance Production Manager to lead our landscape maintenance division. This position is responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations, supervising crews, scheduling work, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate is an organized leader who enjoys working outdoors, developing employees, and building long-term customer relationships while maintaining beautiful landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

Crew Leadership & Daily Operations

• Supervise and lead multiple landscape maintenance crews.
• Conduct daily crew meetings and assign work.
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching and training.
• Promote a positive, safe, and productive work environment.

Scheduling & Production

• Develop and manage daily, weekly, and seasonal maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate staffing, equipment, and materials to maximize efficiency.
• Adjust schedules due to weather, emergencies, or customer requests.
• Ensure all work is completed on time and to company standards.
