As a Landscaper / Lawn Care Technician, you'll work alongside our team providing high-quality lawn care and landscaping services for residential properties throughout the Denver metro area.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing.
• Install mulch, decorative rock, soil, and landscape fabric.
• Assist with lawn renovations, including dethatching, aeration, overseeding, grading, and soil installation.
• Plant shrubs, flowers, and small trees.
• Weed landscape beds and maintain clean, healthy properties.
• Operate landscaping equipment safely, including string trimmers, backpack blowers, hedge trimmers, and lawn mowers.
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment.
• Maintain equipment and keep trailers, tools, and job sites clean and organized.
• Deliver exceptional service while treating every customer's property with care and respect.
• Follow company safety procedures and work efficiently as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Landscaping or lawn care experience preferred, but willing to train motivated individuals.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding outdoor work.
• Reliable transportation to and from work (Preferably some sort of pick-up truck) .
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license is a plus.
