Lawn & Landscape Laborer Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and motivated Lawn & Landscape Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining residential and a few commercial properties through lawn care, landscaping, and general grounds maintenance. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and can follow instructions while working independently or as part of a crew.

Key Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, and blow lawns
• Plant, mulch, prune, and maintain trees, shrubs, and flower beds
• Perform seasonal cleanups (leaf removal, debris cleanup, etc.)
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely
• Load, unload, and transport tools and materials
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members

Qualifications

• Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Valid driver’s license
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic
