Landscaper/Groundskeeper

Job Title: Residential Groundskeeper & Handy-person (Part-Time)Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to handle ongoing landscaping, yard maintenance, and occasional odd jobs around our residential property. This is a flexible, part-time role perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is handy with basic tools, and takes pride in keeping a property looking sharp.

Responsibilities

• Yard Maintenance: Mowing lawns, edging, weeding garden beds, trimming bushes/hedges, and blowing walkways/driveways clean.
• Seasonal Cleanup: Raking leaves, clearing fallen branches, and preparing garden beds for spring/winter.
• Outdoor Odd Jobs: Cleaning gutters, power-washing patios or siding, setting up/storing patio furniture, and basic exterior painting or staining.
• Minor Repairs: Handling small, non-specialized home repairs (e.g., fixing a loose fence board, replacing outdoor lightbulbs, tightning outdoor fixtures).
• Waste Disposal: Bagging yard waste and moving trash/recycling bins to the curb on designated days.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience with landscaping equipment (lawnmower, string trimmer, leaf blower).
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools for small repairs.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Details

• Location: Fairfield, CT
• Hours: Flexible / Part-Time (Approximately [e.g., 5-10] hours per week or bi-weekly).
